In these terms and conditions, a reference to “practice”, “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference to Healing Touches. A reference to “client”, “you” or ”your” is a reference to the entity that signs up for an account on our service, books a session or receives services from Healing Touches.
By booking an appointment for a session or attending our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
We offer various massage therapy services aimed at reducing pain, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being. Specific services and their descriptions are available on our website or at our location.
2. Disclaimer
You will be introduced to self-help methods of mind-body connection through energy releases. Stories and testimonials for each individual do not constitute a warranty or guarantee. Individual results may vary. The information and work provided by Healing Touches is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We accept no responsibility for use or misuse of this method or information.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Appointments can be made by email, by phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time incur a cancellation fee of equal to 50% of the session cost.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you are responsible for the full amount for the missed session.
4. Payment
- Fees: Fees for services are provided at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, paypal and checks. Returned check will incur a $50 fee plus any additional bank fees.
5. Health and Safety
- Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. This includes any changes in your health status.
- Contraindications: Some conditions may contraindicate certain types of services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that a service may not be appropriate for your condition.

All information shared during your sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment.
- Behavior: We expect clients to conduct themselves respectfully. Inappropriate behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session.
8. Liability
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into our facility.
- Liability Waiver: By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Healing Touches and its employees from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from the use of our services.
